Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included an initial self-paced recorded interview, which was pretty standard. Following that, there was a panel interview with several Aon employees in actuarial roles, also very typical. The communication with the recruiter, however, was problematic; they often took a week or more to respond to emails, which didn't work well with my timeline. Towards the end, they unexpectedly inquired about a different location, and after I expressed openness to it, they stopped responding. This entire process, from the interviews to the last contact, spanned nearly two months.

I had one round of interviews with two actuaries. They were really nice and we had a good conversation. They asked interesting questions and were very respectful. Overall, I think it was a great experience with this company.

The interview was done online with two interviewers. It was pretty relaxed, mostly behavioural questions, and lasted about 45-60 minutes. We chatted about my hobbies and other stuff. The interviewers were nice.
