Candidate-reported interview process

I had a chat with the unit head. It was a very relaxed, introductory, and friendly interview. The company has very professional people and strong personalities. I talked about my university and work experience and my goals. English is required.

The interview process involved several stages with questions designed to encourage reflection. The interviewer was very polite and attentive, using clear and objective language. To enhance the candidate experience, the company divided the interview into multiple rounds.

It was good. One needs to be prepared very well. They might have some set expectations on the experience you are carrying. So if you do not have that specific set of skill sets then no point in applying.
