First, I applied through the job portal and had an initial screening by HR. Then, there was an interview with Recruitment, which was mainly about my behavioral profile, academic background, and career goals. After that, I had an interview with the area manager to see if I fit with the company's projects. Finally, there was an online behavioral test/assessment.
The recruiter asked if I knew how to operate a crane, what difficulties I had during the course, my experiences, and my expectations of the company, all via operant recruitment, showing indifference, perseverance.
We had a group interview, which was a good dynamic. They let us know the format the day before. Overall, the process was good, but the follow-up was very confusing and I felt there was a lack of transparency with the candidates.
