It was a total of three interviews. First, I spoke with HR about my experience and expectations. Then, I talked with the Director of Mexico to assess my knowledge and language skills. Finally, I met with the Regional Director to evaluate my technical knowledge.
The interview process was detailed and friendly. I went through 3 rounds with different interviewers: the Biz Dev manager, the technical manager, and finally the Senior Sales Manager. The interviews were held at the office in the town area.
They asked me all the possible things like if I'm married, if I live in town, if I have someone in the company, if I'm ready to stay overtime, and if I have the intention to stay longer at work.
