The complete process used to assess technical, psychological, and IQ aspects. Language proficiency is also evaluated. It's mostly a fair and objective process, showing the candidate the company's seriousness.
It was a long and thorough interview where they assessed both intellectual and language capabilities. There was just enough time for each section they presented. The demands were medium, nothing extraordinary. The hiring manager was good to deal with.
The first interview was rescheduled because no one showed up, but it was held a week later and seemed to go well. The CEO approved my hiring and said they'd be in touch. I also spoke briefly with HR, who said they'd get back to me soon. It's been a month now, and they're not responding. Candidates deserve professional communication, whether it's a yes or no, so they know how they performed. Feels like I wasted my time.
