I had a phone interview and then an onsite. They mentioned it would take about a month to finalize decisions. I only found out I wasn't chosen when I saw a new employee on LinkedIn a few weeks later. It would have been nice to get an email, especially since I was interviewed.
The interview was well-structured. It began with a personal introduction, moved on to questions about my skills and experience, and concluded with technical questions. I also had a chance to ask my own questions. The overall atmosphere of the interview was really good.
