So first, we had an online aptitude and technical test. Then, for the folks who got selected, they had a personal interview. The HR and technical interview parts happened at the same time. They started with HR questions and then moved on to the technical stuff.
So I had an on campus interview after a career fair, it was like 30 minutes, just me and a recruiter, and they asked the usual STAR questions. After that, I got invited to the HQ in the USA for the final round. That was pretty cool, I met with three different people one-on-one: someone from HR, the manager, and this plant worker. Each of those chats was about 30 minutes. Then we took a tour of the facility. Got the offer two weeks after that.
First, there was a one-hour company intro with the plant manager. We went through a slideshow, and I got to ask the plant manager questions directly. Then, there were three back-to-back one-hour interviews with the manager and two engineers. After that, we toured some of the facility. Finally, there was a background check and an offer.
