The interview had a single round where we covered some core concepts like SOLID principles, ref vs out, CLR, and JIT. They also asked some hands-on questions about SQL and LINQ to see how I handle real-world problems.
The process was smooth, the interviewer asked questions related to my experience. The second round i.e. the Hiring Manager's round was completely technical. He was checking the soft skills, rate of speech, the way you converse and most importantly the mindset. If you showcase your positive mindset with your soft skills and technical skills, you can get the job offer.
I applied through the university career website. Two people from the department came to campus for interviews. The interviews were about 30 minutes to an hour long and included technical, interpersonal, and integrity questions.
