I was not the only one called in for an interview so when reached i noticed it was not only me for that flat interview I was friendly to everyone around me I respected the stuff.
We kick things off with a technical-mechanical test that includes questions on technical knowledge, logic of force, and movement. Then, there's another test, this time in French, focusing on logical reasoning. You're provided with scratch paper for both tests, and no phones are allowed. Just pen and paper if you need them for help or to draw diagrams. After these two tests, you'll have an interview with a recruiter where we'll discuss your test results to get the conversation going. And then, there's an open-ended interview, no time limit, to get to know each other better and give you a good overview of the job.
