Candidate-reported interview process

Started with an interview at college, then had a 3 hour interview with three people (two from the department and one from HR). Later got a call from HR offering the job. Received an email with the salary offer and had to reply to it.

I applied online via my college and got selected for an on-campus interview, which was quite conversational. Afterward, I was invited to their Burns Harbor, IN location for a second interview round, with all expenses covered. That day involved three hour-long, behavior-based interviews, followed by a tour of the steel mill. I was offered a job but decided to go with another opportunity.

I attended the career fair on campus and was invited for an interview the following morning. The interview involved basic behavioral questions and a general conversation with the interviewer. It's important to be well-prepared and understand the role you're applying for.
