The selection process had several stages, including English tests, a conversation, a group dynamic activity, and interviews with managers and the board. It all took about 2 months. The interviews ranged from easy to difficult as the process progressed.
The interview process was very objective and direct. However, the selection took longer than average, which seems to be common for other roles too. I was interviewed by several people, each focusing on different aspects to gather information. I had interviews with HR and the technical team. They provided full support throughout the process and always gave feedback. Personally, I hadn't experienced such high-quality processes before.
I met them at my University career fair and got an interview the very next day. About a month later, they called and offered me the job. Before I could start, I had to pass a drug test, give a hair sample, and do vision and hearing tests.
