Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was great and they were very responsive. There were a few scheduling issues that eventually got resolved. It was a one-hour Skype interview and it was pretty chill.
I met the recruiters at a career fair and was invited to interview the very next day. After that initial interview, I was offered the chance to visit a facility in Indiana for the final round of interviews. I haven't attended that final round yet.
I interviewed on campus and then flew out for the next stage. I met with three people and also got a tour of the facility. Each interview lasted an hour, and they asked a lot of STAR questions that became repetitive.
