Candidate-reported interview process

I initially met with some people at a career fair on campus, and they offered me an interview. After that first one, HR called me for a phone screening. Then, I had to do a hair drug test and physical. After passing those, I had to wait around 2-3 months to hear back, and then I got an offer, which was pretty unexpected.

The interview process consisted of about 10 STAR behavioral questions and a few general questions about myself at the beginning. They were pretty straightforward, so I'd recommend preparing by reviewing common STAR questions and crafting solid answers. The interviewer also gave me a chance to ask questions about the role at the end.
