Candidate-reported interview process
The process had a test and interviews with HR and the area manager. The test covered knowledge about the job area and had medium difficulty questions.
It was a bit confusing. After the online test, they called me and asked me to prepare a 4-slide presentation about myself and the company. However, on the day of the interview, they presented about the company themselves, and only my personal presentation was required.
It was a quick and agile process. There were two interviews, one with HR and another with the managers. In the first, they presented the role and what we'd do at the company, and in the second, the managers were more direct.
