The interviews were a rotating process where each person asked a series of questions in the STAR format. Interviewers we personable and allowed the conversation to flow naturally. They were understanding and personable.
It was a one-on-one, 30-minute interview. I was asked 3 STAR questions, and we discussed organizational skills. I was also allowed to guide the conversation to topics I thought were important. The recruiter was young but knew a lot about the intern program, and he was an engineer, not just HR.
I was recruited from campus and met with them at my university. Then I was invited for a next-day interview, followed by a final round on-site interview. The interview was behavioral, mostly asking about leadership, conflict, and teamwork. They want answers in the STAR format.
