Two interviews were held. The first was with the CFO and two HR representatives. The second interview was with the CFO and an operations person. There were no particular difficulties encountered. Pay attention to your English level. Questions in English were asked during the interview. Knowledge of a second language is appreciated. International mobility is also a plus.
About 4 weeks after I sent in my CV, I had an HR phone interview that went for about an hour, covering general stuff. Then, I was called into the office for a half-day, 3-round interview with the line manager, team leader, and department manager. It was pretty efficient. They asked questions about my background and knowledge, as well as my motivation and attitude, not super hard but to check if I'd fit in. Two weeks after that, I got the offer. The whole process, from sending the CV to getting the offer, took about a month and a half. It was a really nice experience, and I met some great people, including what has been the best boss I've had.
the interview process was a bit unprofessional, I had to wait over an hour in the hallway because the interviewer was busy. The whole process took too long and there was poor communication between the external headhunter and internal HR. Nobody ever mentioned they were only offering a one-year contract.
