They asked me about my previous work experiences, what my current goals are and my future goals, my language skills and fluency, courses I've taken, and if I've made any improvements at companies I've worked for, and so on.
The interview process was pretty straightforward and relaxed. The interviewers were really nice and understanding, always making sure I felt comfortable. They then moved on to asking me some pretty standard questions. There was a sequence of questions that covered different areas.
It was an on-campus interview. The interviewer was really open-minded and professional, asking all the right questions. This company is the Canadian leader in the steel industry and has been around for a long time, mostly with good results.
