Candidate-reported interview process
It was a long 3 hour interview process with five different people. Each one had their own set of questions with different themes.
Since I was an intern before, I was brought in for an on-site interview directly, skipping the phone interview stage. About three weeks after the interview, I was informed that I wasn't selected for the position, as they were looking for someone with more experience.
The process was finished on 2 interview days with some time in between. First you have a conversation with HR and direct manager, then another conversation with HR and with the department head. Possibly also with colleagues. Mostly conversations are held, no tests and such.
