AECOM Interview Questions

The hiring manager contacted me, and we had a couple of chats before the official hiring process started. It was all pretty straightforward. Everyone was approachable and easy to interact with.

The process was easy and the interviewer was positive. They provided feedback during the interview, which helped me feel more relaxed. They clearly talked about the job responsibilities and the company culture.

I was told I'd interview with a director and a junior team member. The director didn't end up coming, but the interview went fine, and the two who did show up were super supportive. They asked standard questions, and I had no issues with them. After the interview, the director had a question about my application that HR passed on to me. If the director had been there, they could have just asked me then. Anyway, I answered, and HR said I'd be contacted after everyone else had been interviewed. I waited for months and never heard back. I even messaged them after a while for feedback, but they totally ignored it. It's pretty bad when you say you'll get back to people and then don't.
