Candidate-reported interview process

Compared to other grad applications, AECOM's process has been more straightforward and enjoyable. It started with an online application, followed by an online assessment, a video interview, a phone call, and I've received an invitation for an Assessment Centre so far.

I applied online, sent in my CV and cover letter, and answered some questions. Then I had to do a Situational Judgement Test (SJT). After passing that, I had an online interview with two people from Aecom.

I had a phone interview and then they asked for more documents via email. The recruiter was impressed and wanted to move me to the next stage. She then asked for my grades, which wasn't in the job description, and rejected me for that. A few months later, she called and said the job was mine if I wanted it.
