A little while after I sent in my application, I got an offer for a quick chat with the hiring manager. It was a team meeting that went for about 30 minutes. The principal sustainability consultant told me about the team and the job.
I had a phone interview first, then an in-person one at their London Aldgate office. The face-to-face involved a mix of questions about my competencies, my strengths, and my technical knowledge, with two people interviewing me.
We started with a screening interview, which was basically to see if you were a good fit for the role. Then there was the first interview, which was a mix of face-to-face and virtual. Finally, the decision stage.
