I applied for the position online, then did an online assessment and a recorded video interview. The whole process moved really fast. I got an email saying they were processing my application and would contact me for a face-to-face interview if I passed. I waited for a few months with no update, so I reached out to the hiring team. They said they were still processing applications because they had so many. A few weeks later, I heard back, but I didn't make it to the face-to-face interview.
After I applied, they sent me a link to do some behavioral and analytical questions within 48 hours. Then, within a week, I got a call from AECOM for an in-person interview at their Brisbane office. The interview panel had 3 people: 2 engineers who were grads there 4-5 years ago and one senior project manager. They mostly answered my questions about the company.
The interview process is a one-way video recorded interview, kind of like Hirevue for Telstra, but you only get one shot at each question. No do-overs.
