The interview process included a single, virtual interview with 5 members of the office, one of them being the supervisor for the position. After the interview, I received a phone call notifying me of an offer. The official offer was sent by email.
The interview was pretty laid back and casual. We talked about my career goals and what I'm looking for in a job. We also chatted about my background and the company's culture. The questions were behavioural, focusing on how I'd handle disagreeing with management and scientific practice standards.
all interviews were done through teams and by phone, which made scheduling really easy and convenient. it was nice not to have to go in person and take time off work for the interview.
