Candidate-reported interview process
It was a casual interview during a lunch meeting. There weren't any set questions. The interviewer did most of the talking, and I mostly listened. The job was located onsite at the client's site. Local AECOM leadership changed several times during my 2.5 years there.
I applied for the role and heard back from HR about 3 weeks later. They scheduled an interview for the following week. The interview was conducted over Teams, lasted about an hour, and involved two hiring managers from the PM department. They were very structured, nice, and reassuring.
I haven't interviewed yet, but I did do the assessment and it was a great experience. I got a response about the interview three days later. I'm planning to proceed after researching what other applicants have found and their experiences.
