I got a referral from someone at the company. I went through an interview but then just never heard back, not even when I followed up. They ghosted me, basically.
First there was an online test with some psychometric questions and an excel type work, followed by a one-way video interview. After passing that, I had a 30-minute Zoom interview with a manager from the team.
I had phone call interviews and then met with division heads for the civil engineering department. The onboarding for the internship was very comprehensive and included the civil engineering department and HR members.
