It was a series of one-on-one chats, then a group interview, and it all wrapped up with a lunch with the transportation crew. I also got to ask about career development. All in all, it was a good time, and I felt respected, which is why I accepted the offer.
After submitting my application, I had a phone interview. This was followed by a video conference with the hiring managers. The morning consisted of a Q&A session and a written test. Finally, I received an offer.
There was an online application and screening process where I answered standard questions and wrote a personal statement about my interest in the role. This was followed by an individual interview. I was expected to have some understanding of transportation planning measures and their impact on the community. All communication was through email, and the whole process took about two months.
