Candidate-reported interview process

It was virtual for the first round with almost the whole team. Then the next round was in person with all the same people. They really want to make sure candidates get their culture. After that, I had to do a mock property and give a review.

Saw the job ad on the company website. Submitted my application and CV online. After about two weeks, I got an invitation for a panel interview. Got the interview result a few days later by email.

The interview process was mostly questions and interviews with senior management and HR. There were several rounds with successively more senior personnel. We went for lunch for an informal chat after the initial phone interview, and then I went to their office for two rounds of formal interviews. The offer came verbally, and I was asked to confirm before receiving the paperwork in the mail. There weren't any real benefits included and only a small chance of obtaining a bonus unless you are part of senior management.
