Candidate-reported interview process
So I had a written test and an interview that lasted for 1 hour. Then, I had a Microsoft Teams interview in the afternoon. During the interview, they asked me to complete a 30-minute written test. After that, the team head interviewed me.
It was a half-day interview where I met with 8 people from various levels. The whole process gave a good overview of the staff and insight into their work.
It was mostly about my past experience and why I was interested in AECOM. I also had to show my teamwork skills and we chatted about what I expected from the role. I got to ask a lot of my own questions.
