The managers were really nice and approachable, making it a good interview experience where I felt at ease. The whole process took about 2 weeks to complete, and overall, it was a positive experience.
HR screens candidates, then the hiring manager interviews. A drug and alcohol test is required. The process was fast and simple. It's a good company.
We started with a quick HR phone call to check and verify my information and background. After that, there was a Team Leader interview focused on my experiences and fit for the role. If that went well, we moved on to a manager interview. There was also an optional offshore manager interview.
