The team was really nice. First, I had a job interview with the recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager and then with the Global Lead of the division I would be working for.
The interview process had two stages. The first stage included typical questions about my interests, experience, and future goals. The second stage involved a question about how to achieve net zero in the built environment.
So, after I did this online game testing and then a quick phone interview (like 10 mins), I had to go to this assessment centre. It had 3 activities and was a group thing. They watched how we all worked together and also looked at what I did on my own. After each activity, we had to chat about how we did and what could have made us better. The last activity involved some interview questions.
