Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really fun and interactive online interview. We were put into breakout rooms with another person interviewing. We had to work together to figure out solutions for the infrastructure at Scott Base in Antarctica. It was different and made you think. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with upper management, and they were really nice and relaxed.

I met with a few project managers in one room, which was nice. After chatting, I got a tour of the office.

For an entry-level role, the interview process was uncomplicated and generally quite pleasant. They inquired a bit about my background and also about the job itself. The interviewer did a great job of providing an overview of the position, outlining expectations, and describing the work environment.
