Candidate-reported interview process

So, there were 2 phone calls and then a face-to-face interview. It was pretty standard. The first call was just basic info. The second call went a bit more into my experience and what I'm aiming for. The third interview was more hands-on and a chance to really showcase what I can do for the company.

We had a 1st round phone interview with the recruiter, and then a 2nd round virtual interview with the manager where they reviewed my resume and portfolio. They mentioned a background check could take over 2 weeks after I accept the offer.

Everyone was friendly! The hiring manager broke down the role in detail and walked me through the expectations working with various departments and team members. They do a great job managing expectations around the hiring process.
