I talked to three people I'd be working with daily, and also spoke with national and local representatives. A former colleague referred me. They were focused on finding someone for business development.
The process was pretty straightforward. The first round was pretty perfunctory. I think they were looking for a cultural fit with their work place vibe. They seem to have a strong corporate culture.
The interview process was quite drawn out and lacked clarity on the steps. There were very detailed questions from staff who seemed to have limited subject matter knowledge. Staff responses about responsibilities were very cautious. A vendor was also involved, which is something to be aware of.
