The interview process is very systematic. The HR specialist is very straightforward in terms of identifying the strength and weaknesses of the candidates. Furthermore, there is a one-on-one interview with the manager who will ask skill-based questions.
I spoke with the hiring manager. They told me what the client needed and how I could change my resume to show those skills better.
Applied online and got a call from HR quickly. Had two HR phone interviews, and after about two weeks, I had a phone interview with the Hiring Mgr. (VP of Global Real Estate). This was the shortest phone interview ever. He was super impressed with my resume and background, gave me lots of compliments, and said HR would call me in a few days for an in-person interview. Never heard back, so I called HR a week later for an update and was told they hired someone else.
