3M Interview Questions

I had an HR phone call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, a meeting with the department head. They really sped through everything and then just went quiet without any updates or feedback. The interviews themselves were pretty straightforward though.

I interviewed with this company back in 2019, and it was quite an experience. The interview process involved several stages, and each time I had to make a two-hour drive to their office. After the fourth and final stage, which included an HR interview, I was told I had passed everything and just needed to wait for the offer. However, weeks went by with no communication. I followed up with the recruiter, whom I'd been professional with even when they called me during work hours, but they never bothered to update me in the end. It would have been nice to at least know if they had chosen another candidate. I haven't heard anything since.

So, for an IT role, first I had a recruiter call, then a technical interview with the team, and then another recruiter call. This was in 2020, so it was all virtual, might be different now.
