It was pretty laid back, no pressure at all. I'd suggest really taking some time to learn about the company before you commit. It's super important to know their values, culture, and what they're aiming for long-term to see if it's a good match. And remember, you can't always judge a book by its cover, so dig into the company's past and how it's viewed. If you can, chat with people already working there to get a feel for the daily grind. Spending time to research and really look into the company will help you make a smart choice about your career.
Pretty standard interview process, nothing too weird. The interviewer was nice and it felt pretty chill. I think it was in a hotel lobby but there was enough space so it was private.
The interview process was management interview followed by team lead interview followed by HR interview followed by colleague interview. It was repeated.
