We start with a resume screening out of many applications, mainly looking for Asia Pacific or SEA region experience. Then, the interview process begins. The first round is with the direct manager. Depending on how senior you are, the second round might include a technical part. After that, you'll talk to the Regional Business Lead. Next up is the Global business lead. Then, you'll meet the Managing Director of the country you're based in. The sixth round could be with the VP of the Business. Finally, the last round is with the HR Director.
Met with the Senior Program Lead first, then later met with the VP of Marketing and Sales. They asked the usual interview questions. It was a pretty fast interview process. I do not recommend this place though. Avoid it if possible!!!!!!!
We have 3 rounds. First, you have to do a homework case study, so do it carefully. Then present your solution to the interviewer. The Hiring Manager and MD are important. HR is just for benefits, and we can negotiate those.
