Candidate-reported interview process

First there was an interview in English by phone call with HR (who are located in Panama). The questions were simple and related to professional experiences. Later, in about 3 days, the interview with the area supervisor was scheduled. The questions were related to professional history and no trick questions were asked at any point in the process. It was all very simple and objective.

The interview was just behavioral questions, no technical questions about the job itself. I talked to three people in my department, two peers and my manager.

It was a 3-part interview. First, a general overview of the position and an intro to the hiring manager. Second, a direct meeting with the hiring manager to check out my skills and experience. Third, a meeting with the hiring manager and the department leader.
