It began with a phone call, then an in-person meeting. The coolest thing was, after getting the offer, I got hooked up with a '3M Buddy' to ask questions to informally before day one.
A 3M recruiter called me. I had two rounds of interviews. They got back to me in about 2 weeks. It seemed like a really organized team and a good work environment.
I had a 40-minute phone chat first, and then they invited me back for an in-person meeting. The in-person part had three people interviewing me in a panel. The phone call had 16 questions, and the panel interview had 12 questions. Every single question was about situations or behaviors.
