Candidate-reported interview process

They flew the candidates and myself out to their headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. There was a social event with the O2 Managers the night before. The managers discussed their career paths and shared more detailed information regarding the program. The next day, they interviewed us, gave us a tour, and a presentation over the O2 program.

Got this interview through a networking connection with a recruiter. It was a 30-min chat, mostly behavioral, but they also asked about my specific experience in manufacturing and leadership.

Went to a recruitment event on campus where I spoke with the hiring manager about different opportunities. Had a screening interview to check if I met the criteria. Then I went to an onsite hiring blitz, which included plant and corporate tours. They called me at the end of the day to extend an offer.
