So, for an IT role, first I had a recruiter call, then a technical interview with the team, and then another recruiter call. This was in 2020, so it was all virtual, might be different now.
The interview process was direct and to the point. The interviewer was nice and reviewed my resume, which felt fair. They also considered my past experience over my grades, which I appreciated.
The process included an in-person round and then a follow-up phone call. The purpose of the phone call was to suggest potential roles within the IT segment, specifically within IIT, which has many business-oriented positions.
