So, there were 4 interview sessions in total. First, I met with the direct hiring manager. Then, I had a chat with the group manager. After that, it was an interview with HR, and finally, I met with the Managing Director for the last round.
I was initially contacted by the hiring manager via phone. The conversation was very informal. Afterwards, they texted me to arrange a follow-up video interview, which was also quite casual. I got the impression I wasn't the type of candidate they were looking for.
The first interview was a 3-on-1 with the hiring manager and two sales directors or VPs. The second interview was a 15-minute chat with the SVP of sales.
