It started with a screening interview, then I was given some materials. The second round was a 2-hour online case study presentation about something that happened a while back. They asked me to explain the reasoning behind my recommendations.
This interview lasted about an hour and was a discussion about the role and my background. The interviewer seemed really happy with my answers. It was pretty intense. Nobody has contacted me since, and I haven't gotten any feedback, which was pretty rude. I haven't heard from anyone, not even the recruiter. I felt pretty down because they ghosted my calls and emails. Really unprofessional people work there.
I had two phone interviews that were pretty standard. They introduced themselves, the company, the position, and went over my resume. Then I had an onsite interview at 3M in Minnesota. This involved meeting with 5 different people. Mostly, the conversations focused on their experience, my experience, and why I was interested in the role. They also asked some situational and behavioral questions.
