It was part of a college tour, they gave us an introduction to everything 3M, the facilities, benefits, etc, and then we proceeded with the interviews, you need to know English, most of the interview was in English.
The process went well. There were a lot of situational questions about leadership, management, and finance experience. There was only one interview round, and they were quick with communication.
It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. The person interviewing me was super chill and made me feel at ease. It was mainly about behavioral stuff, they were more interested in getting to know me rather than my actual experience or financial skills.
