Candidate-reported interview process

So I had a phone interview, lasted about 30 minutes. Then I went on-site for a 4-hour interview, which involved giving two presentations: one about myself and one about a company product. After that, I never heard back, and they didn't respond to my follow-up emails.

They were way too stiff and "professional" for my liking - a little robotic and devoid of any human soul. Made me feel like a child talking to a principle instead of adults having a conversation.

The interview with 3M was professional but also informal and collaborative. After an initial meeting, I was invited for a second interview at the site, where I could visit the labs and learn about the Electrical Markets division's work.
