Candidate-reported interview process

The process was pretty straightforward with a total of three rounds with different people across the teams. A few small cases were thrown in but mostly behavioral questions and sharing past experiences and motivations.

The interview was online and consisted mainly of behavioral questions. For SIBG, unlike the B2C group, regulatory and compliance experience is key. It's beneficial to share experiences that are relatable and align with Mcknight's values.

My supervisor reached out to me directly for a marketing internship position in one of the company's divisions. I sent an email expressing my interest along with my resume, and she responded by inviting me for an in-person interview at their office.
