Candidate-reported interview process

I had an HR phone call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, a meeting with the department head. They really sped through everything and then just went quiet without any updates or feedback. The interviews themselves were pretty straightforward though.

The process was smooth. It involved both in-person and online rounds. There were 3 interview rounds in total, including one presentation. The HR team had a good response time. We got good feedback from the team after the process. The pay matches the market.

It was a lot of scenario based questions, focusing on how I present myself, my experiences, and how they apply to projects and crucial conversations. When preparing for an interview with 3M, use the STAR method.
