Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a video interview. The attendees were a recruiter and the direct manager. It started with introductions, then questions about my career path, previous activities, and skills. Afterwards, I had the chance to ask questions. Overall, it was a pretty relaxed conversation.

The process was very to the point. I was asked about my experience and had time at the end to ask questions. It was with the hiring manager. I never got a response back afterwards.

Phone screen, followed by a Teams interview and then an in-person interview that took place about 6-7 weeks after initial contact. The interviews were not technical. I met with several team members and the hiring manager. I'd recommend it.
