Candidate-reported interview process
It was a two-round interview process, which wasn't too difficult. The first round was a one-on-one interview, and the second round was a group interview. They asked typical interview questions about how I work in teams versus on my own, and the interviews were done virtually over Microsoft Teams.
The interview was straightforward and focused on work attitude and previous job experience. The interviewers were nice and explained the job duties and responsibilities.
The hiring process takes a long time to get through. They discuss drug testing and pay late in the process. Then it's rush rush rush to get 5 days of training in. The people are friendly and they only ask a couple of actual maintenance knowledge questions. There's no testing.
