Candidate-reported interview process

I had a virtual interview where I just spoke to my camera and answered questions. About a month later, I was invited to an assessment centre at Asos. There, we had a maths test, a group task, and a 1-1 interview. The group task involved working with data to decide which stock items to remove. The Maths test was mainly percentages, with a few equations and decimals thrown in. I didn't find it too hard, but it wasn't 'easy' either. Overall, it was a really relaxed experience. I got a call 2 days later with an offer, so I'm excited to start :)

You'll send in your CV and cover letter through the careers portal. After that, a recruiter might give you a call to chat about your background and why you're interested in this job. It's also a good time to make sure you've got the right qualifications and experience.

The interview process was very friendly, pragmatic, and fast-forward. All interviewers were very friendly, creating a good interview environment looking for the best outcome of the interviewed.
